Mondays

I made a valiant effort today. VALIANT. AND on a MONDAY. At least it started out that way. I got to campus early and bought my paper for my sewing class, worked hard all through sewing, went to a study session for Art History during lunch, went to Art History, DIDN'T FALL ASLEEP (that is an accomplishment in and of itself...) took EXCELLENT notes, went home, registered my car, went visiting teaching, went to ANOTHER study session, took MORE excellent notes, did the dishes, made dinner, did some studying with Jake, went to a service committee meeting, took a physics test...all in all a very busy and more productive than normal day. Right?

So why do I feel like I didn't accomplish anything?

No 8:00 AM class on Thursday. HUZZAH!

On Fashion

"I know it sounds corny, but to me, fashion is a form of art...[T]hat's strictly what I find it: it's not necessarily about simply looking "good" or "chic". The designers that inspire me don't focus on designing clothes just to be cloths; the looks they design are art! WEARABLE art, which is more fun that pretty paintings in a museum that you can't touch.
